Shipping policy

 

  • If delivery time is arranged, we ask that you are home at the scheduled time or leave a cooler in a secure area.
  • We need to be notified before 5pm weekdays and 24 hours before weekend deliveries if there is a change of address for delivery.
  • If client is not at drop point at agreed time, food will be taken back to the kitchen and kept refrigerated for 24 hours only. There will be no refund on delivery fee.
  • The delivery charge is $9.99 per delivery.
